About

Darren is now a Research Scientist at ClusterTech Limited, working on DeFi algorithmic trading and AI agentic systems.

He obtained his Ph.D. degree from the Department of Computer Science (CS) at The University of Hong Kong under the supervision of Prof. John T. H. Yuen and Prof. S. M. Yiu.

His research interests focus on cryptography, security and privacy issues in blockchain. Specifically, he works on zero-knowledge proofs, threshold ECDSA, secure multi-party computation and Web3 technologies.
